Nicole Boucher, PHD, RN, CPNP

Nicole Boucher, PhD

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Nicole Boucher earned both her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Nursing from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and was awarded her PhD from Wayne State University in 2013. Dr. Boucher has practiced as a pediatric nurse practitioner since 1997 with particular expertise in primary care of children and their families.

Dr. Boucher is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing in Ann Arbor and teaches courses in the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs (Complex Care and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner courses, respectively). Dr. Boucher recently completed a study entitled "Parental Perceptions of Children's Body Weight Status" and, for her dissertation work, conducted psychometric testing of the Child Feeding Questionnaire with parents of  preschool-aged children. 

Dr. Boucher also serves as a preceptor for pediatric nurse practitioner students during her time at Livingston Pediatric Center.
